This hotel is absolutely a waste. It was small, nowhere near the airport or downtown. I'm glad I didn't bring my family along because the room was so small there would have been nowhere to put them. I am not happy at all. ...read more

I'm a non-smoker and all the rooms were for smokers.

The hotel had bugs crawling in the bed.

The hotel was no cleaned very well. There was a bad odor in the room. I had to send my daughter out to get disinfectant spray and air freshener. When we turned the covers back, there were bugs crawling in the bed. Management didn't seem to take the incident very serious. They wanted us to let them change the linen and stay in the room. It was totally unacceptable and I packed our belongings and moved to another hotel. I will never stay at that hotel again. ...read more

Staff was helpful and friendly.
Bathroom shower had holes in wall taped over and bad grout/tile job.

The hotel was as expected. It was rated a "1" and that's what it is. Nothing fancy but functional.
